While “fractional” time consulting existed for CFOs and HR professionals, in 2011 it was a novel concept. However, matching experienced VPs of Sales to a large market of small to mid-sized businesses desperate for their skills, wisdom and guidance, started the company founders on a path of growth that continues today.

The effort that made it work, that differentiated Sales Xceleration from a service that finds a sales leader for a client company, was the focus on developing a cohesive suite of tools, documentation and systems necessary to go to market.

The resultant platform for consultants and access to the consultants themselves meant that, for small to mid-sized business, a sales leadership solution was now available.
