How long do your services take?

Most of the services are tailored to the specific needs of business owners. The duration of services will vary. As a general guide, time needed for the following services are as follows:

  • Sales Infrastructure Plan – 3 to 4 months. The services will typically take 4 months if a sales leader and/or salespeople are hired.
  • Outsourced VP of Sales – 12 months. A sales leader search will begin at 9 months. The sales leaders will be onboarded and trained to execute the sales plan that was previously established.
  • Investment Sales Analysis – 1 to 2 months, depending on the complexity of the business/corporation.
  • On-Site Sales Discovery – 1 month. 3-4 meetings over a 30-day period.
  • Value Proposition Workshop – Two 1/2 day workshops
  • Sales Agility Assessment – 15 to 20 minutes
  • Certified Sales Leader Training – 3 1/2 days

Sales Xceleration Advisors, in aggregate, have worked with business owners in over 80 industries. All engagements offered are completely industry agnostic.

United States and Canada

Both. This decision is at the discretion of the customer

How much do you charge?

Every customer engagement varies and is unique to the needs of the customer. If you call me at (248) 515-8799 and provide areas where you need help, I am happy to deliver you a high-level cost assessment.

Will your service be time-consuming for me or my employees?

No. Other than providing periodic updates and gathering data/past reporting, I will not require time from anyone in the business. I do the work.

Do you offer a guarantee on my return on investment?

Because every business and its operations are different, it is not possible to provide specific information on individual return.
